Polo Road Elementary is excited to offer 2 NEW mentoring programs for boys and girls this year! Girls of Leadership and Distinction (G.O.L.D.) and Kind Intelligent Noble Gentlemen Students (K.I.N.G.S) are  organizations that will focus on inspiring students  to grow into strong, smart, and bold leaders of the future.  Our purpose is to help  develop leadership skills inside and outside of the classroom that will be of benefit in their current and  future goals and endeavors. We provide positive mentoring experiences, goal-setting, character building workshops, and service learning opportunities that utilize collaboration, motivate personal empowerment, and inspire creativity.  

Boys and girls who are interested in participating  must be in good standing academically and behaviorally in all classes and have a desire to participate as there is an application process.  Students may pick up an application from the front office. All applications must be returned to the front office with a parent signature by Friday, February 1, 2019. Selected students will be notified by February 4, 2019.
