Dear Parents,
It is very important for you to provide Epi Pens and Asthma inhalers for your students use at school should an emergency arise. If your child has an allergy, that may require the use of an Epi Pen, please provide it to the school to be kept in the Health Room.
Students with asthma should also have an inhaler, at school, for use as needed. You, as the parent, must bring in the Epi Pens, inhalers and/or medication to school and refrain from sending it in by your child. This poses a significant safety issue.
Medication permission forms are available for your doctor to fill out and for you to bring to school with the medication, Epi Pen and/or Asthma Inhaler.
